Photo guide
Three things that make a great engraving.
Upload a photo above and the photo check will tell you how it measures up.
Eye level
Get down to their height so the eyes are sharp.
Close crop
Head and shoulders filling the frame.
Bright, sharp photos taken at your dog's eye level work best. Avoid heavy filters, motion blur and dark backlighting. JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. iPhone HEIC photos aren't supported yet; set your camera to "Most Compatible" or send a screenshot.
Yes. You can add up to 30 characters, such as your dog's name or a date, engraved alongside the portrait at no extra cost.
Yes, cats and other pets work too, as long as the photo is clear. For two pets in one portrait, use a single photo with both of them in it and choose a larger size so the detail stays sharp.
Each portrait is made to order. We usually engrave within 1 to 2 working days, and delivery within India takes about 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Because every portrait is made from your photo, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right.
Dust it with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from damp areas like bathrooms.
